ORIGINS
CARAC – A typical Swiss pastry with elusive origins and a mysterious etymology.
« Captivated by this delicacy since my early childhood, I have always seen in it a certain kind of purity, a – je ne sais quoi – of sophistication. Over time, has it influenced the way I see the world, my approach to doing things well, or more specifically, my approach to the craft of being a designer ? » – Paul

Today, here’s what I perceive in this – not so – ordinary pastry:
local, original, creative … simple, aesthetic, refined … inspiring, generous, playful
The success of its preparation, its flavor qualities, and its minimalist aesthetics has allowed it to stand the test of time, elevating it to the status of an essential, timeless icon, even inspiring its own chefs’ competition – the Caracathon.
Ultimately, what better ambassador than this colorful companion to convey the idea of a thoughtfully designed product that stands out? To simply communicate our desire to showcase the craftsmanship of Swiss companies ?
“ No one can predict the future, but everyone can shape it. ”
